Blanco Gallery C.I.C. (Community Interest Company) is an international platform dedicated to supporting emerging contemporary artists and curatorial projects. The gallery fosters dialogue between artists and audiences, championing diverse voices and experimental practices across music, contemporary dance, and the visual arts.
The platform was founded by Adela Blanco (b. Madrid, 1982), a Venezuelan-Spanish independent curator based in the UK. She studied Art History, Cultural Management, and National Museums and Heritage at the Sorbonne University in Paris, and has worked with major institutions including the Centre Pompidou, Musée Maillol, The British Museum, and the Natural History Museum.
Blanco’s curatorial approach is shaped by her multicultural heritage and a commitment to creating encounters that challenge boundaries, celebrate diversity, and highlight the innovative practices shaping today’s cultural landscape.
